Treatment

My approach to treatment is to use evidence-based therapy to help you reach your goals.

Treatments that I offer include cognitive behavioural therapy, exposure and response prevention, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, cognitive processing therapy, and prolonged exposure.

I work with a variety of presenting problems, including anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and perfectionism. Although I use evidence-backed treatment, I always tailor treatment to fit your individual needs.

I see my role as a guide- helping you to make the changes that you want in your life.
